Solvency II

Consultation CEIOPS in the case of executive act projects for the Solvency II directive


    On 2nd of November 2009 CEIOPS has published its third set of draft advices for the European Commission on Solvency II implementing measures for consultation. It contains 16 consultation documents, to which comments can be sent to CEIOPS to 11 December 2009 until 12:00 GMT (via the attached form). The annexes to the draft guidance, which include the assessment of impact of the proposed solutions to insurance companies and other market participants, can be also the subjects of consultation.
